Noel Paine in a British painter, based in Vienna. 1994 Graduation from the University of Wales in Cardiff in Art and Aesthetics (BA). 1993, College of Charleston, South Carolina. 1997 MA in Fine Art from the University of Kent, Christ Church College. He paints predominately in the landsacpe working from drawings to create large scale paintings in his studio. He has exhibited exentsively, has also run workshops at the National Gallery in London and has much teaching experience.
