About the artworkGarten Eden #12
Nature's opponent is the garden, which resists wild growth.
Garden agriculture goes back to the time after the end of nomadism; before that, nature was only taken from, then productive intervention took place. The thematic difficulty of the garden is that it should radiate wildness and at the same time be available as a living room that can be visited.
In collaboration with Gudrun Kaitna-Engel.
